[PAUL SGRO] We started using this app some time ago with Sherwin-Williams, working and helping them develop a process that would alleviate a lot of extra paperwork and bring more accountability to our technicians, serving each other internally, and our external customers. So, it felt it was a necessity to do. Sherwin-Williams was at the forefront as a forward thinker to work with us and we worked with them on this project here for some time, along with some other companies, I believe, they have been instrumental in getting us to a point where it really works for us as technicians and shop owners. With our employees having this information at their fingertips, in their back pocket or in their top pocket, they are able to pull up the app, open it up and are able to request either a porter, parts, they can look at OE procedures, they can document a failure. They find that it's not the way it should be. There's all types of things even for-- talk about welding, for doing test welds. It's perfect, you can take a picture of your test welds, and your practice welds on it. It's documented to the file, we have that, there's a picture that states that it has to be taken. They can move it through the department on it. So I think what the technicians going through that process, it's getting things done faster and earlier and with the information that we have at our fingertips. The estimate, the departments where it's at mirrors our departments and the QC things they have to check on the vehicle before it can move through are an asset to us. The technicians, it's easy, they just log in to it. The vehicle is in that department. They're able to click on it, and QC the items that they are working on, their name is date and timestamped to it. So in turn, the technician is held accountable, going to the next person, that person has to look at it also. With this system, implementing it with our process, we have redefined what we do, it has given us the opportunity to be faster going through our processes and in turn giving us accountability in what we do. So I think that it's been very helpful. We can always tell what's not happening, what is happening very easily for ourselves. We are hoping that a lot of manufacturers look at this and say, this has a lot of value here. We don't need to have a computer with a workstation walking over to it. They have it at their fingertips to look at. I believe in the future that this is going to be something that's going to impact our industry very well.
