Syntha Pulvin superdurable powder coatings bonded with a metallic effect and selected for their superior resistance to UV radiation and outdoor weathering.

These products were created for coating aluminum components used in architecture, for coating galvanized steel and for coating primers especially formulated for the ACE (Agricultural and Construction Equipment) sector and have all the necessary requirements for the approval of the Qualicoat class 2 specification and the GSB Master. This thermosetting powder contains polyester resins cured with fit curing agents specially selected for their superior resistance to UV radiation and outdoor weathering. The metallic effect pigment is fixed on the powder by means of a bonding process, which prevents separation in the powder cloud during application and achieves color constancy. Due to its special content the product is particularly suggested for exterior coating including tropical environments.
