3M™ Polyurethane Window Bonder Adhesive Sealant 595

3M Polyurethane Window Bonder Adhesive Sealant 595 is a fast curing one-component, high viscosity polyurethane sealant for bonding windshields and other substrates requiring high strength. This low VOC adhesive sealant meets the requirements of the Southern California Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD).

3M™ Polyurethane Window Bonder Adhesive Sealant 595 is designed for all-purpose window bonding in a wide range of temperatures. It demonstrates fast adhesion and rapid curing to help speed up production, with high strength and crack resistance for durability. This one-component adhesive requires no mixing, though use of a primer is recommended.

This adhesive sealant is certified for 1 Hour Safe Drive Away Time (1 HR SDAT) under U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS 212) when used with 3M™ All-Purpose Sealant Primer P591. Preparation with 3M™ Adhesion Promoter AP596 is recommended but not required to meet FMVSS 212.

Recommended Applications: Windshields, structural glass, windows, and other substrates requiring high strength and a good seal.
