This water-based cleaner has been developed to clean the surface before painting and removing dirt that cannot be removed with a solvent cleaner, such as fingerprints and salt. It can discharge static electricity from plastic parts. We recommend it is used after a solvent-based cleaner, Ultra Clean Surface Solvent for a guaranteed clean surface.
