Fully Automated Dosing Machine
The new Alfa CR4 machine is a fully automated dosing machine that guarantees a perfect colour dispense, even for the smallest amounts. It completely eliminates the need for manual dispensing and delivers a more efficient and effective production process.
The Alfa CR4 machine requires very little manual involvement, creating efficiencies within the entire process. It can be used with the spectrophotometer. The colour code from the spectro is transferred directly to the machine for the most accurate colour creation for every repair job.
Alfa CR4 has four dosing systems, which work simultaneously. Its modular configuration fits a range of 16 to 96 units – perfect for use with our Sherwin-Williams basecoat systems. The Alfa machine can dispense as little as 3 decimals accurately – amounts impossible to achieve with manual dispensing - making the process optimal for small repairs.
