Sherwin-Williams completed the acquisition of the business and assets of Powdertech Oy Ltd

July 1, 2022 – The Sherwin-Williams Company today announced it completed the acquisition of the business and assets of Powdertech Oy Ltd.

Based in Vantaa, Finland since 2005, with additional sales support in Estonia, Powdertech focuses exclusively on distributing powder coatings and related products such as: suspension systems, hooks and heat resistant tapes. This acquisition will help to drive accelerated growth in the Nordic and Baltic countries.

The Powdertech organization will join the Performance Coatings Group and will be integrated within the GI Division. Integration efforts will begin immediately. Approximately six employees will join the Sherwin-Williams family. You can learn more about Powdertech at their website.
