ATX™ Low VOC Surface Cleaner
ATX™ Low VOC Surface Cleaner is a water-based emulsion that contains a surface active "detergent" and a special blend of solvents. It is designed to remove oil, grease, wax, silicone, other surface contaminants, and sanding residue from bare metal and plastic; OEM topcoats and primers; and refinish undercoats to prepare surface for painting. When used on plastic substrates, ATX Low VOC Surface Cleaner minimizes static build-up.
