Color and Product Training Programs
Our course structure ranges from general application techniques for a specific refinish system to the fundamentals of color and collision repair. Our team also provides students the knowledge they need to return to the shop and get the job done - everything from how to use color tools correctly to achieving color match and the perfect blend.
Mission Statement
Goal
It is the goal of the Automotive Training Department to provide our customers, distributors, and employees with the most up-to-date information on products, procedures, and trends in the automotive refinish market. This information is designed to enhance the student’s productivity, knowledge, and future success.
Approach
We will accomplish our goal by understanding our student’s needs and developing classes, which address those needs. We will utilize a balance of classroom based, multi-media presentations, the latest technologies such as iPads, interactive classroom discussions, and practical hands-on experience.
Instructors
Training Specialists specially chosen for their unique balance of presentation skills, technical expertise, and ability to share ideas will monitor all aspects of training. Evaluation techniques will be utilized throughout our classes to monitor not only the learning process of the students but to provide immediate feedback to the instructor relative to their performance. Our hope is to provide our students with the best possible learning experience.
