[video: paint line] When Heavy Equipment went from assemble everything, paint it. Now we're going to paint before assembly. And we have to help them determine how best to do that so that they don't get damaged during the assembly process. [video: excavator, harvester, large dump truck, front end loader, tractor, construction crane] We work with our PSP groups, basically troubleshooting or coming up with new technologies to help them, but mostly in cost reduction. How do we use less paint? How do we use less energy? How do we use less people? Because they've got engineers on staff to help them. But we have engineers sufficient that we can take on individual small projects and then help push them over the finish line for getting small things done that the customer needs done that they see benefit in it. I'd say the biggest benefit is that we work with all of the heavy equipment suppliers and we've seen almost all of their plants. So we know the best way to do things, but everybody has to do it their own way. And so we help them make the best that they can with their situation because they don't have all the money in the world to spend. [video: Paint lines] So can they make small changes to adjust them to get closer to what the ideal is? And we sort of help them through that process. We can lay out a roadmap so it says that you're here, this isn't going to cost too much money and it'll get you here. And then in two or three years, when you have the capital, you should be looking at this. And so we help our customers make technology choices and equipment choices that are usually involve a lot of capital, I mean, we're talking $1 to $30 million and it's, people don't like to spend that easily. So they want to they want the justification. They want to see the plan and they want the multiple suppliers that could help them get that. And they want to see it already operational. So we can help them through that process and guide them to where they need to go. [gfx: Sherwin-Williams General Industrial Coatings] [music fades out]
