Heat-Flex® ACE

Heat-Flex ACE is a next-generation ultra-high solids advanced novolac epoxy for CUI. Developed with a functional chemical enhancement, surpassing performance capabilities of traditional solvent-based epoxy phenolic and novolac coatings. This advanced CUI epoxy technology it offers unrivalled performance and application properties through the robustness of the resin system. Heat-Flex ACE provides external protection of processign equpment operating between-321°F (-196°C) to 450°F (232°C) and is suitable for use in new construction and maintenance projects.

For use over properly prepared carbon and stainless steel in insulated and uninsulated service, such as but not limited to:

Heat-Flex® 1200 Plus 

Heat-Flex® 1200 Plus is a two-component, micaceous iron oxide, inert multi-polymeric matrix coating that provides added mechanical resistance and corrosion protection in atmospheric environments. Heat-Flex 1200 Plus is ideal for insulated pipes, valves and process vessels that face high-temperature service and aggressive cyclic service at high temperatures.

• Suitable for CUI temperature ranging from -321°F (-196°C) to 1200°F (649°C)

Heat-Flex® AEB

Heat-Flex Advanced Energy Barrier (AEB) is an engineering thermal insulative coating solution designed to eliminate corrosion under insulation (CUI). By replacing traditional bulky mineral-based insulation systems on storage tanks, process vessels and piping, Heat-Flex AEB provides a sustainable and efficient solution for maintaining optimal operating temperatures. Its application simplifies installation, reduces labor costs and enhances safety by minimizing worker proximity to hot surfaces.

Heat-Flex® 7000

Heat-Flex 7000 is a one component thermal insulative coating system that offers personal protection, solar heat reflectivity and resultant insulation capabilities for an array of industrial applications. This single-component, spray-applied coating system meets Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards for protecting personnel from skin-contact burns on assets operating at temperatures up to 350°F (177°C) in one coat applied at 50 mils.

A single coat can eliminate the costs of installing, inspecting, and repairing conventional insulation and cladding systems for personnel skin-contact protection, thereby also eliminating the common threat of corrosion under insulation (CUI).

In addition, the coating reduces heat loss enabling process stability.

Nova-Plate® 360

Nova-Plate 360 is an easy-to-use, API-compliant, flake-reinforced, PTFE-filled, novolac-based tank lining. This tank lining helps save time and money through reduced downtime for application and unparalleled protection to the interior of steel tanks. Nova-Plate 360 offers a wide range of chemical resistance and can return to service in 24 hours. 

For use over properly prepared steel surfaces in immersion and atmospheric exposure including:

• Vessels or tanks for crude oil at elevated temperatures
• Bulk storage tanks for petrochemicals 
• Bio-fuels linings (including methanol and biodiesel)  

Magnalux™ 2100FF

Magnalux 2100FF is a glass flake enhanced novolac vinyl ester which offers resistance to many aromatic and aliphatic solvents, organic and mineral acids, strong oxidizers and excellent resistance to thermal degradation. Magnalux 2100 is designed for application in two layers for use as an internal tank and vessel lining, with excellent resistance to chemical environments across the full pH range. 

For use over properly prepared steel and concrete surfaces in immersion and atmospheric exposure including:

• Chemical processing tanks
• Sour crude oil tanks
• Chemical containment areas with exposure to low pH
• Atmospheric service where there is exposure to acidic fumes
• Flue gas environments up to 300°F (149°C)

FIRETEX® M90/03

FIRETEX M90/03 enhances the fire resistance of steel by providing a robust layer of insulation, or char, that forms as a result of a chemical reaction initiated by fire. This insulation reduces the rate of heat transfer into the steel and extends the time period for which the structure can maintain its structural integrity during a hydrocarbon pool fire. FIRETEX M90/03 Epoxy Intumescent Coating is predominantly used to protect steel structures within fire risk areas.
