A 7-day system with moderate NMP resistance combined with anti-slip and cleanability. Fast cure time and MVB. Ideal for anode operating environments.

This system combines an epoxy base with an electrostatic dissipative urethane topcoat. It offers fast installation and is applicable for cleanroom and dry room operating environments. It provides reliable electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and adheres to protection from 1x105 ohms to 1x109 ohms to ANSI/ESD STM 7.1-2013. It also adheres to ANSI/ESD S20.20 (Method 2) body voltage generation of 12 volts with ESD shoes and 32 volts with heel straps. It can be applied to green concrete, reducing the required substrate cure time from 28 days to 7 days. It demonstrates N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) resistance of up to 14 days under glass when tested to ASTM D1308. It has a dynamic slip coefficient of .72 versus the .42 industry standard to ANSI A326.3 and abrasion resistance of ASTM 4060 which is 4-6 times greater than standard epoxy topcoats.
