Follow these basic rules to ensure proper installation and broadcasting for high-performance flooring. 

1. Systematic Application: Ensure you broadcast the quartz systematically to achieve an even finish.
2. Objective: Aim to eliminate any shine on the surface.
3. Footwear: Wear spike shoes and throw the sand approximately five feet ahead of you. Walk the floor as you broadcast, but avoid stepping on areas that have already been treated to prevent leaving marks.
4. Technique: Throw the quartz upwards and let it fall naturally. Avoid throwing it downwards, as this can create divots in self-leveling compounds and cause a "cauliflower effect" in coatings by drawing more resin to the spot.
