Cleaning Quartz Textured Floors

A wet environment can cause the surface of a floor to be slippery; it needs to be kept dry and as clean as possible to reduce the risk of slips and falls.

Using walk-off mats at doorways will help to reduce the amount of moisture introduced to the floor. More importantly, a regular cleaning schedule to properly maintain a floor is necessary – especially with a quartz textured surface. 

A soft-to-medium bristle brush should be used with an approved effective degreaser or neutral floor cleaner. Pads are less effective at removing build up in the low areas between the quartz in the floor.
