Jerimy Erickson [00:00:11] It really starts with the customer, so our marketing teams, our sales teams, talk with the customer, try to find out where their unmet needs are, where their problems may need, where some efficiencies can be gained. And that's where we look to develop the product to solve those problems.

So it starts with customer information and customer input. And then we come back to the R&D and say, All right, here's the problem, and this is the value that we could be adding to a customer. Now let's develop the product to meet those customer needs. The other thing, too, with a certain subset, our suppliers are willing to do R&D efforts for us.

So if we have a product need for a customer yet the raw materials don't exist in the marketplace yet. We will work with our raw material suppliers to develop those raw materials that we turn into finished goods and then into a product that adds value to our customers.
