3M Cubitron II Cloth Belt 399F is an abrasive belt that is designed for metal deburring, centerless and cylindrical grinding and flat finishing. It features our new shaped aluminum oxide agglomerates constructed on a durable Y-weight cloth backing for high performance on a wide range of metals.
3M™ Cubitron™ II Cloth Belt 399F features new 3M™ shaped aluminum oxide agglomerate technology on a tough Y-wt polyester cloth belt. Aluminum oxide is a popular choice among industrial professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life. The unique shaped agglomerates deliver consistent and repeatable performance over the life of the abrasive.
The waterproof polyester backing material enables the user to use coolant in their abrasive processes. Coolant should be used whenever possible, as it extends the abrasive life and prevents premature loading and glazing of the abrasive.
