Ratchet headgear for use with many 3M™ Faceshields. The tough, durable thermoplastic crown and adjustable suspension system work together to help provide protection and impact resistance to your head. 3M™ Headgear is designed for versatility thanks to a unique system that allows you to change out safety face shields (sold separately) based on the specific task at hand. The ratchet headgear offers adjustability and a five position crown strap allow for a customized fit for individual wearers.
