Sher-Loxane® 800
Sher-Loxane 800 is a versatile, high-performance epoxy that combines the properties of both an epoxy and a polyurethane. It is used on exterior and interior surfaces of marine vessels for long-term color gloss and corrosion protection. For darker colors, Sher-Loxane 800 has a low solar absorption (LSA) pigment package which aides in keeping the ship cooler.
For use over properly prepared carbon steel, aluminum, and fiberglass surfaces on marine vessels, such as but not limited to:
- Exterior surfaces such as freeboard, weather decks and superstructure
- Interior surfaces such as bulkheads, dry voids, habitable spaces, and engine rooms
- SOLAS approved for interior spaces

Seaguard® 5000 HS
Seaguard 5000 HS is a two-component, high-solids, polyamine-cured epoxy suitable for use from keel to mast. This high-performance epoxy can be used virtually anywhere on a vessel as a primer and finish — except in potable water tanks. Seaguard 5000 HS provides excellent corrosion resistance with outstanding adhesion. For maintenance applications, it is easy to apply and cures quickly for rapid return to service.
For use over properly prepared carbon steel, aluminum, and fiberglass surfaces on marine vessels, such as but not limited to:
- Underwater hull - qualified to MIL-PRF-24647
- Ballast tanks and fuel tanks - qualified to MIL-PRF-23236

Seaguard® Ablative Antifoulant
Seaguard Ablative Antifoulant is a single-component, antifouling coating based on a polyamide polymer containing cuprous oxide. This coating maintains an effective, bio-active surface during its entire life. Seaguard Ablative Antifoulant is a proven technology for underwater surfaces of steel vessels operating in all global coastal and oceanic waters. This tin-free ablative coating complies with the requirements of MIL-PRF-24647.
For use over properly prepared carbon steel and fiberglass surfaces on marine vessels, such as but not limited to:
- As an antifoulant for underwater hull and boot top on vessels
- Suitable for a wide range of operating environments and speeds

Seaguard® 5000 HS
Seaguard 5000 HS is a two-component, high-solids, anti-corrosive epoxy primer suitable for most areas of a ship. It is the chosen general-purpose primer for the Navy and U.S. Coast Guard for more than 15 years. Seaguard 5000 HS offers outstanding adhesion and is qualified to MIL-PRF-24647 for underwater hull and MIL-PRF-23236 for ballast tanks and fuel tanks. It complies with IMO Performance Standard for Protective Coatings SOLAS REGULATIONS II-1/3-2 and XII/6.3.
For use over properly prepared carbon steel and aluminum on marine vessels, such as but not limited to:

Nova-Plate® UHS
Nova-Plate UHS is a two-component, ultra-high solids novolac amine epoxy engineered specifically for superior corrosion protection in immersion. It offers excellent edge retention and chemical resistance against high temperatures and corrosive gases. Nova-Plate can be spray applied for Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP) saving time and labor.

Seaguard 2400 is a single component, non-flaming, fire resistant, water based, general purpose semi-gloss interior habitability coating. Pro-Line® Pro-Glo Xpress
Pro-Line Pro-Glo Xpress is a high-gloss, high-performance polyester-urethane exterior marine paint. It provides outstanding color and gloss retention for all topside applications. Pro-Line Pro-Glo Xpress keeps yachts looking pristine with its good buffing characteristics and excellent chemical and stain resistance to salts and fuels. This quick-curing coating allows for faster return to service.

Pro-Line® 4800
Pro-Line 4800 is an aliphatic polyurethane interior and exterior topside marine paint. It provides excellent gloss and color retention with no tendency to yellow in sunlight or to darken in ship interior and engine rooms. Pro-Line 4800 is incredibly durable and keeps yachts looking immaculate longer with its superior abrasion and splash resistance to alkalis, acid, and hydraulic fluids from aircraft. It also has excellent chemical and stain resistance to immersion in fuels and oils. This fast-curing coating allows for faster return to service.

Pro-Line® 3000
Pro-line 3000 is an all-season, low-temperature marine epoxy primer for use with all Sherwin-Williams Pro-Line topcoats. It is a high-build and sandable primer that provides outstanding solvent, water, and corrosion resistance. Pro-line 3000 requires less coats than other epoxy primers and cures quickly, even in temperatures as low as 20°F (-7°C). This durable primer expedites boat servicing, while its compatibility with our entire Pro-Line series streamlines supply chain operations.
