This epoxy mortar-based system with urethane topcoats is our most heavy-duty system that extends service life, especially for areas with heavy automotive, forklift, and automated guided vehicle (AGV) traffic. It has added compressive strength up to 15,000 PSI. The mortar system can resurface or level a floor and comes with our standard moisture vapor barrier (MVB) coating. It can be applied to green concrete, reducing the required substrate cure time from 28 days to 7 days. It demonstrates N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) resistance of up to 14 days under glass when tested to ASTM D1308. It has a dynamic slip coefficient of .72 versus the .42 industry standard to ANSI A326.3 and abrasion resistance of ASTM 4060 which is 4-6 times greater than standard epoxy topcoats.
