Mechanical Room
A five coat, elastomeric waterproofing membrane system, Mechanical Room consists of a flexible primer, two flexible build coats, a reinforcement coat and satin urethane topcoat.
A flexible waterproofing membrane primer applied at 3-5 mils is followed by an additional two coats of the same product at 20 mils each coat. The reinforcement layer is a high solids epoxy applied at 10 mils. The topcoat is a light-stable urethane which has a satin appearance. UV and chemical resistant, this durable system has a slight texture.
