London Michelin Star La Gavroche Restaurant Kitchen Installed with FasTop™ TG69 Flooring

As part of the restaurant’s first major overhaul in 18 years, there was a need to supply a new flooring to the Michelin star London restaurant Le Gavroche. Sherwin-Williams and Resintek Services Ltd worked together to supply the flooring to the new kitchen that was custom designed by Eximius Projects. Finding an easy-to-clean, durable material that could be installed quickly, in line with the client’s specification and programme, were critical factors that had to be considered. The solution was FasTop TG69 polurethane floor screed which is trowel applied to create a very heavy duty seamless finish which will withstand aggressive cleaning and provide safety underfoot for staff working in this facility.

The substrate was concrete covering around 100m2 in total area, and a finish was required to be easy-to-clean, durable material. The specification of FasTop TG69 ensured a flooring was installed to meet all relevant environmental and health and safety regulations.
