[video: painting] So it starts with product. Maybe a couple of examples might be Powdura One Cure, which is a powder product that allows their customers to apply two coats of material without having to have an intermediate care. Saves time, saves energy, is a very green solution for our customers. [video: painting] Or perhaps Durapeak 80, which is a very high solids liquid material that cures really, really fast and ultimately again is more environmentally friendly. But again, that's just the product side. Then there's the service side. We have to bring it to life in the field. [video: front end loader w/back hoe] I would call that an ala carte option for our customers. We can make regular service visits. We can have a full time service tech that's dedicated to your operation. We can even run your line for us, for you. We've got a what we call paint service provider, which is where we bring Sherwin-Williams employees to our customer's facilities every day. They're in charge of applying the coating. They're in charge realizing this efficiency on the customer's behalf. And then we find, I guess the last piece of that I would say, is design engineering. So if you don't have the processes and equipment in place to really be efficient today, we have an in-house organization that can work with our customers, design those processes, and put that equipment in place to realize the value. [video: painting] So I think those are the biggest two. The last one, which I'd be remiss if I didn't bring up, is training. So whether it's training on-site on a regular basis, whether it's bringing people to our application labs all over the country, we're very focused on helping our customers keep their employees up to speed so they can be as effective as possible with our materials. It's customer experience at the end of the day, and customer experience for us is not just sending the material. [video: large dump trucks, farm equipment, construction crane, painting] It is literally bringing it to life in their factories so that when they bring their experience to their customers, it's as good as it can possibly be. We focus on customer experience from, I hate to use the the cliche, but cradle to grave in terms of use of coatings. And that separates us. And it's a wonderful thing. If you can be more efficient in your production, right, if you can be faster, if you can use less energy, if you can be more effective with the resources that you have, really that's a sustainability story, right? And so not only does total cost help my bottom line, help my customers bottom line, but it also helps our ability to drive sustainability and this notion of being green into the world. Right?
