FasTop™ TG69 Polyurethane Floor Screeds Unique Surface Finish Provides Flooring Solution for UK Brewery

FasTop TG69 was selected for this project for a number of reasons.  FasTop TG69 is a very durable floor system which provides a long term solution with chemical resistance.  Its high levels of impact resistance make it an ideal product for the Brewery Industry as operations involving the use of heavy kegs can cause problems of floors. The very high compressive strength of FasTop TG69 make it ideal for areas are subjected to heavy duty usage such as constant fork lift use and impact from metal kegs and storage vessels.

FasTop TG69 also has high levels of anti slip.  Its unique surface profile provides a surface in which operatives can work safely in areas floor conditions can be dry and wet.  Fastop TG69 can also be laid to falls and incorporate drainage and control the flow of washdowns for ease of cleaning.

There are a number of colours available, on this project Kingfisher Blue was used.  Sherwin-Williams also have  hygienic wall coating systems such as the AquArmor Wall Gloss system which utilises Resuseal Wall Gloss and Resupen WB Wall for a tough UV stable finish. There is also a fibreglass reinforced resin wall system Ecuclad a hygienic cladded durable wall finish.
