Once we've compiled sort of a mental picture of ways that the training course and what's really lifestyle irritant. GFX: What makes Sherwin-Williams tech service successful out in the field? I certainly pride myself on the training onsite. The discipline we encourage, again the awareness. We spend an awful lot of time with each individual if they have a problem because we want everyone to feel good, feel proud. Once you explain things in a language that can be understood easily like best practices, very often people don't realize they're not cleaning well or adjusting their equipment properly.
