When we switched over to the 9K, there was a little bit of a learning curve maybe a day or so. But after that, all of our painters basically hit the ground running. The whole time they was learning, they was tech reps here helping, going through the stages of learning it. But I mean, they picked it up really fast and it's been going great since.

Sherwin-Williams was very good when they came in to train us on the 9K product. They were very hands on, in the booth spraying it, answering any questions that we had. So they were, they were really good when it, as far as when it comes to helping us out on that.

Outstanding customers. They've been with us for several years. The decision was made in a joint decision between Sherwin-Williams and Collision Works to explore and roll out the 9K. 9K has been at this particular store for almost a year now and the success of the product has dramatically changed the production of the shop.
James Cornell:
We roughly paint 130 plus car a month right now on average and it keeps going up due to the fact of not having any issues no repaints, color match has been way better, so the cars per day definitely went up due to the 9K.
Zac Yarbrough:
The color tools are very, very accurate. This product they make matching colors that you might not have a chip in Prospector deck, they make matching those colors a lot easier, a lot faster, and they provide a more accurate match. So as far as the color tools overall I'd say they're very good. The new Spectro with the 9K product, it works excellent with matching colors. It makes identifying colors and retrieving the best possible match very quick and very easy.
Kelly Ingold:
When Sherwin-Williams changes over a shop to the 9K system, there is a lot of support from the technical support. At this particular location, we had two different guys coming in from different regions. One of them is considered a 9K specialist. He oversaw the training of the painters. They went through the training of the paint, they went through the training of the computer system, and actually spent two weeks here making sure there was no questions left unanswered before they rolled out.

We've been with Sherwin for a very long time. I will say the jobbers and the branch support and the tech support is phenomenal. Anytime we have anything or need anything, they're right here fast, prompt. We get our products as soon as we call them in.
Zac Yarbrough:
For me personally, and I cannot elaborate on it enough, it is very user-friendly. Makes a painter's job a lot easier. The color match is excellent on it. It's just a great product all around. It is definitely a game changer, as far as what I've used in the past. It is definitely the easiest and best product I've used, as far as waterborne paint goes and even solvent.
