[00:00:07] Mike Coia The driving force for choosing Sherwin was just the confidence level that I felt with regards to the team that came in and spoke to us.

[00:00:16] They seemed really engaged in helping us get our business to a better place, not only from the paint aspect, but just the overall business. And it seemed as though every time we had a question with regards to support or technical training, they had the right answer.
[00:00:33] The partnership that we have with Sherwin-Williams has been very beneficial, in that there's always a constant communication, and I think that's probably the biggest piece. Either at the shop level, at the painter level, it's been mutually beneficial on both sides.

[00:00:49] The branch network that we deal with from Sherwin-Williams is really solid in that there's two different locations we deal with. We don't just deal with one because of our footprint and we don't see any drop off. The support inside the branch, as far as the management structure, is not afraid to go out of their way to try to help us.

[00:01:08] As with any transition, with regard to support and training, we've needed some of that, some harder colors. We've had some tech reps out on occasion and it's been very easy to get that to take place. And most importantly, as we bring in new people, it's simply a matter of making a phone call and scheduling that person in advance so that they can be there day one, day two and transition that painter from a different product into the Sherwin-Williams.
[00:01:34] The ordering process that Sherwin-Williams provides us is extremely easy. Whether it be the application that we use on our phones to order materials, or looking at our inventory in the paint mixing room and ordering through that standpoint. It's very simple. Sherwin-Williams, the distribution network, between the branches we deal with, have been very solid partners.

[00:01:54] Now we, we can contact them almost as needed for our product, but ideally they've gotten us to be a little bit more refined in how we manage our inventory and to be less overstocked. The three words I would use to describe our partnership with the Sherwin-Williams group would be support, communication and innovation.
