My company, Rocco's Collision, is basically in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey area. We have 80 of the busiest locations in that market, and we primarily focus on the direct pair relationships with insurance partners. The reason we chose Sherwin-Williams as our partner is that we felt that they were the best fit for a company to meet our current needs. We know their product is outstanding. We always believed that their product could come through. Weren't sure if the support behind the product was what they claimed, but I'm here to tell you a year and a half later, it absolutely is. The experience on the conversion process was by far amazing. I thought that the first shop that they did was a fluke. They came in here with a qualified team with a great plan and they executed it. Well, we thought that was just going to be one time. They did it seven more times at the same time nonetheless. And it was the fastest and most effective transition that we've ever experienced at Rocco's.
First day, they showed me everything. The second day I started to do everything myself. On the third day I was like, oh my God, thanks for that change. It was one of the best things they ever did was to change from different company to actually Sherwin-Williams.
The conversion team absolutely honored our schedule. In fact, we have a painter who comes in at 4:00 in the morning and they were there to meet with that painter and guide him through his day. I can say that we were very busy during the conversion in every shop and we still had to get this work done real time and we didn't lose anything. The Sherwin-Williams team jumped in to help us get cars done as they were training us. So for me, I think it was a win win. Almost like I had extra people fixing cars. I've been in this industry for 42 years now and had four transitions from different paint manufacturers. And to date, Sherwin-Williams has been the best experience that I had so far. They supported my company and continue to support my company just like they did the very first day we met and made the deal. And I would say if you have any apprehensions, don't hesitate to give it a try. You will be very happy.
