Canyon Creek Elementary School

Canyon Creek Elementary School follows the sustainability lead of Odyssey Elementary – the original net-zero building in the Davis School District in Utah built two years prior. Net-zero buildings generate just as much energy as they use. For Canyon Creek to achieve this status, VCBO Architecture worked with Metal Sales to supply metal panels for the 85,000 square-foot building. The school’s exterior is clad in Metal Sales PBU-Panel and TL-17 wall panels that are coated with Sherwin-Williams Coil Coatings Fluropon® in a fun mix of colors, including Patriot Red, Copper Penny, Colonial Red and Metallic Silver. The metal wall panels will create energy efficiency and will help the school remain a net-zero building for years to come.
