The Grow Community in Bainbridge Island takes it a step further and transforms sustainability practices into a lifestyle. The Village was the first neighborhood built in the Grow Community, which has a zero-carbon footprint and net-zero energy homes. In order to help achieve this level of environmental responsibility and energy efficiency, Davis Studio Architecture and Design worked with Metal Sales to specify corrugated metal panels for the residential exteriors. The corrugated wall panels, coated in Sherwin-Williams Coil Coatings Fluropon® in the color Mistique Plus, offers a low-maintenance, cost-effective, 100% recyclable lifetime material for the neighborhood. These homes are examples of how individuals can build sustainability right into their life.
