Heat-Flex® AEB
A single-component, liquid insulation coating.
Heat-Flex® AEB is a novel ultra-high build, liquid insulation, 1K coating intended to replace traditional forms of insulation. The Heat-Flex® AEB system is spray applied directly onto the appropriately primed or non ferrous substrate to provide corrosion protection while keeping moisture from the surface, and eliminates the potential formation of Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI). Heat-Flex® AEB contains a proprietary blend of ceramic, silica microspheres and other materials to optimize thermal insulative properties.
