A two-component epoxy primer/sealer.
Compatible with most high-performance finish coats, Armorseal® Water Based Epoxy Primer/Sealer can in many cases be used as an effective barrier coat when coating previously painted surfaces. The product can also be used as a primer for damp concrete or masonry surfaces.
