Steel Spec® 4013 Universal Primer/Finish
A single-component, weldable, rust-inhibitive, alkyd metal primer/finish.
Suitable as a barrier coat over conventional coatings which would normally be attacked by strong solvents in high performance coatings, Steel Spec® 4013 Universal Primer/Finish is a fast-drying, high-solids, heavy-metal-free primer/finish. It can provide a stand-alone finish or be topcoated with an alkyd, acrylic or high performance coating.
