ResuGrip™ 075

ResuGrip™ 075 is ResuGrip™ 075 is a water-based, flexible acrylic, anti-slip floor and deck coating formulated for pedestrian traffic. This low VOC coating provides impact and abrasion resistance and is available in selection of standard rail colors with custom colors available upon request.  

For use over properly prepared uncoated and previously coated metal surfaces in the rail industry, such as but not limited to:

• Ladders
• Handrails
• Exterior roofs
• Tank car crow’s nests

ResuGrip™ 150

ResuGrip™ 150 is a modified epoxy, anti-slip floor and deck coating engineered to resist heavy pedestrian traffic. This low VOC coating provides impact and abrasion resistance. It also provides chemical resistance to oil, gasoline, acids, caustics, and most solvents. ResuGrip™ 150 is available in selection of standard rail colors with custom colors available upon request.  

For use over properly prepared uncoated and previously coated metal surfaces in the rail industry, such as but not limited to:

• Ladders
• Handrails
• Exterior roofs
• Tank car crow’s nests

CarClad® Macropoxy 4200XL

CarClad® Macropoxy 4200X is a two-component, epoxy mastic coating designed for the exterior of railcars. This chemical and corrosion resistant coating provides economical and effective protection from the elements, helping to reduce maintenance costs and enhance the railcar value. CarClad® Macropoxy 4200XL chalks black — maintaining its black color for the lifetime of the coating. 

For use over properly prepared steel exterior surfaces of railcars:

• Chalks black
• Excellent edge retention for the complete coverage of shapes of railcars
• Fast dry to handle and stencil times    

CarClad® ER

CarClad® ER is a two-component, fast-curing, ultra-high-solids epoxy.
