Dura-Plate® 6000 is a 100% solids, high build, high strength, reinforced epoxy lining for concrete and steel in potable water and severe service environments with 10 hour return-to-service times applied via single leg application and the option for plural component application. It eliminates the application challenges associated with fiber/microfiber filled products while providing long-term life expectancy with extremely low permeability and excellent chemical resistance.

PipeClad® 8000
PipeClad® 8000 is a two component, quick setting, 100% solids
aromatic polyurethane designed to protect transmission pipelines from corrosion, abrasion and impact as both an exterior coating and interior lining. It can be sprayed in a single coat application at varying temperatures and film thicknesses. PipeClad 8000 is also suitable for more demanding pipeline applications, such as slip bore, jack and post and horizontal directional drill projects. Our system’s performance features maximize fabrication efficiency and produce a durable, impact resistant finish capable of withstanding handling, transportation, as well as the working environments at its final destination.
