Dura-Plate® 6000 is a 100% solids, high build, high strength, reinforced epoxy lining for concrete and steel in potable water and severe service environments with 10 hour return-to-service times applied via single leg application and the option for plural component application. It eliminates the application challenges associated with fiber/microfiber filled products while providing long-term life expectancy with extremely low permeability and excellent chemical resistance.
Application Time Savings
- With a 10 hour return-to-service, extreme high build characteristics, long recoat window, one hour pot life and option to apply as an epoxy mortar, reinforced DURA-PLATE 6000 will increase production rates.
- The glass flake reinforced technology eliminates the application challenges associated with fiber/microfiber filled products.
- Low temperature cure.
Cost Effectiveness
- Single leg application eliminates the expense of renting a generator and a plural pump operator.
- The 28-day extended recoat window reduces missed recoats, resulting in significant cost savings.
Tested and Certified Protection
- Hangs at 125-250 mils (3,125-6,250 microns) in a single application. NSF 61 Approved to 125 mils.
