Hi. I'm Don Cassill, the Director of Design Engineering for PCG. We provide engineering services to our customers, specifically PCG customers, primarily General Industrial and Industrial Wood. Mostly it relates to how do they run their paint line, how do they get paint from the bucket to the part and have happy customers at their end? So we help them engineer the entire process.

From the time the paint leaves, our factory goes, through our distribution center, out to the customer, and then gets somehow on to their parts. And we look at that whole process.

We look at the labor, the energy, materials, and get it so that the customer has a repeatable process, a functioning process, that saves them money, is very efficient, and meets all their needs. This enables our customers to be more efficient and it's a value added service. We're not an expense to the customer, but we do help them achieve their cost reduction goals and their sustainability goals, just their overall efficiency improvement.
