FasTop® TG SR

FasTop® TG SR is a highly slip-resistant, heavy-duty polyurethane cement flooring system developed for demanding wet-process environments. It enables a durable floor finish to be installed in just one day, even in damp conditions, helping busy food factories and processing facilities minimise disruption and return areas to service quickly.

With an R13 slip-resistant finish and an application thickness of 6 to 12 mm, FasTop TG SR provides excellent resistance to mechanical wear, chemicals and thermal shock at temperatures up to 150°C. Its extremely hard-wearing, non-porous and non-dusting finish can withstand regular steam cleaning, hot-water washdowns and aggressive cleaning regimes. It is also suitable for freezers and can be applied to concrete that is just seven days old.

HACCP and non-taint certified by Campden BRI for use in food manufacturing environments, FasTop TG SR also offers very low emissions and an antimicrobial finish that helps prevent bacterial growth. It is ideally suited to dairies, breweries, distilleries, meat and poultry processing areas, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and wet-process chemical plants where hygiene, safety and long-term durability are essential.
