I'm here today to talk to you about burst pouch packaging for your marine fleet. This two-component pouch contains pre-ratioed coating in a single package. These pouches come in both primer and top coat offerings, the same durable and high performance coatings that you have come to know and trust. This portable, easy to use pouch, reduces time and waste which lowers your cost. Contained in this pouch is your part A and your part B. You simply roll your part A and firmly burst into your part B. Once you burst into the part B, you mix on a soft angled surface or knead together for approximately two to three minutes until the product is completely mixed. Once the part A and the part B have been fully mixed, you can simply cut the pouch in the corner and apply directly to the substrate or pour in a work pot. Once you've poured the product into your preferred application container, you're ready to apply to you're properly prepared substrate. Once applied, don't forget to check your wet film thickness. After application the product will dry as a solid in the bag for easy disposal. As you can see, the burst pouch will be an excellent addition to your fleet maintenance needs.
