Magnalux™ 2100FF
Magnalux 2100FF is a glass flake enhanced novolac vinyl ester which offers resistance to many aromatic and aliphatic solvents, organic and mineral acids, strong oxidizers and excellent resistance to thermal degradation. Magnalux 2100FF is designed for application in two layers for use as an internal tank and vessel lining, with excellent resistance to chemical environments across the full pH range.

Nova-Plate® 325
Nova-Plate 325 is an amine cured, glass and ceramic-filled tank lining that utilizes advanced epoxy novolac technology. It is engineered to protect steel tank interiors from chemicals stored at high temperatures and high pressures. It provides quick return to service, high-film build and can be used in applications where conventional tank linings are not recommended.

Nova-Plate® 360
Nova-Plate 360 is a single-leg airless spray, easy-to-use lining. It is an API-compliant, flake-reinforced, PTFE-filled, novolac-based tank lining. This tank lining helps save time and money through reduced downtime for application and unparalleled protection to the interior of steel tanks. Nova-Plate 360 offers a wide range of chemical resistance and can return to service in 24 hours.

Pipeclad® 2000 & Pipeclad® 2060 MRO
This dual layer system consists of a Pipeclad 2060 MRO abrasion-resistant overcoat (ARO) applied with Pipeclad 2000 FBE. This provides an extremely robust protective coating to for the exterior of pipelines. Pipeclad 2060 features an innovation that provides superior protection against moisture and corrosive elements in the environment, while also providing abrasion resistance equal to typical ARO coatings. It provides optimum protection for the corrosion protection layer against both moisture uptake, as well as damage throughout storage, transit, construction, and service of the pipeline, including during horizontal directional drilling. By protecting pipelines against backfilling damage, Pipeclad 2060 allows for subsequent DCVG/ACVG evaluation thereby providing for faster commissioning time. This coating is designed for service temperatures up to 150°C dependent upon the base layer of corrosion protection which is applied.

Pipeclad® HXR0015 & Pipeclad® 702N
This dual layer system consists of a Pipeclad 702N thermosetting fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) powder coating topcpoat over the phenolic primer Pipeclad HXR0015. This system is engineered for use inside pipelines to protect against corrosion and chemical degradation as well as optimize the flow efficiency within the pipeline by assisting the formation of laminar flow.
For use over properly prepared steel in industrial environments for:
- CO2 injection WAG
- Oil/Water/Gas production
- Brine injection/disposal

Poly-Cote™ 110
Poly-Cote 110 is a two-component, aromatic polyurethane with optimal build properties and aesthetic properties. It provides superior corrosion protection and is suitable in all soil conditions including locations with low resistivity, low pH, high levels of chlorides or sulfates, and high soil moisture content. Poly-Cote 110 eliminates the need for corrosion allowance, thereby reducing steel weight and cost. Other cost savings are derived from the ease of installation and fast cure times providing optimal shop throughput and efficiency.

Dura-Plate® SW-501
Dura-Plate SW-501 is a mechanically resistant 2-pack epoxy coating with 100 % volume solids. This solvent free coating is fast curing and is extremely durable. Dura-Plate SW-501 offers the highest corrosion protection for steel under permanent stress by seawater and in tidal areas such as steel foundation structures.
For use over properly prepared steel surfaces in extreme environments.

Repacor™ SW-1000
Repacor SW-1000 is a two-pack solvent-free glass flake polyaspartic repair coating from the cartridge, which enables fast, easy and cost-effective offshore repair. Repacor SW-1000 meets the high requirements for corrosion protection and exhibits ease of application making it the ideal offshore repair solution.
For use over properly prepared surfaces in a range of difficult conditions including climate, weather, and accessibility.

Dura-Sub C1230 is a two-component, ultra-high solids, edge retentive, ceramic and glass flaked reinforced epoxy novolac. This solvent-free coating provides rapid throughput times and is designed for high temperature subsea applications <392°F (200°C). Dura-Sub C1230 has high build capabilities and can be applied in a single coat at 14 mils (350 microns).

FIRETEX® M90/02
FIRETEX® M90/02 is a two-component epoxy coating used to enhance the fire resistance of structural materials by providing a layer of insulation, which is formed as a result of a chemical reaction initiated by fire. This insulation reduces the rate of heat transfer and extends the time period for which the structural material can resist the weakening effects of the heat.

Pipeclad® 2060 MRO
Pipeclad 2060 Moisture-Resistant Overcoat is the top layer of a dual layer powder system that combines enhanced barrier properties with the performance of high operating temperature (HOT) and abrasion-resistant overcoat (ARO) technology.
It provides optimum physical protection for the anti-corrosion coating against moisture uptake and physical damage, specifically during backfilling and horizontal directional drilling applications. With the added benefit of service temperatures up to 302°F/150°C (dependent upon the base layer of corrosion protection).

Pipeclad® HOT Series
The Pipeclad HOT series is Sherwin-Williams family of thermosetting, epoxy, powder coatings formulated for higher glass transition temperatures (Tg), greater flexibility and enhanced barrier properties. The advanced capabilities of HOT FBE coatings are facilitating groundbreaking exploration activities, empowering the oil and gas industry to access new oil fields that were once inaccessible. This progress is made possible by coatings formulators who have implemented a range of molecular-level modifications to FBEs. These enhancements have successfully elevated the glass transition (Tg) temperature of the coatings, increased their flexibility, improved crosslink density, and strengthened their damage resistance. These sophisticated properties not only enable operators to drill deeper wells and extract hotter materials, but they also allow producers to utilize reel-lay techniques for more efficient pipeline installations, surpassing the traditional S-lay and J-lay methods.

Heat-Flex® 7000
Heat-Flex 7000 is a one component thermal insulative coating system that offers personal protection, solar heat reflectivity and resultant insulation capabilities for an array of industrial applications. This single-component, spray-applied coating system meets Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards for protecting personnel from skin-contact burns on assets operating at temperatures up to 350°F (177°C) in one coat applied at 50 mils.
A single coat can eliminate the costs of installing, inspecting and repairing conventional insulation and cladding systems for personnel skin-contact protection, thereby also eliminating the common threat of corrosion under insulation (CUI).
In addition, the coating reduces heat loss enabling process stability.

FIRETEX® M90/03
FIRETEX M90/03 enhances the fire resistance of steel by providing a robust layer of insulation, or char, that forms as a result of a chemical reaction initiated by fire. This insulation reduces the rate of heat transfer into the steel and extends the time period for which the structure can maintain its structural integrity during a hydrocarbon pool fire. FIRETEX M90/03 Epoxy Intumescent Coating is predominantly used to protect steel structures within fire risk areas.

Pipeclad™ Frac-Shun ERC
Pipeclad Frac-Shun ERC is a coating system designed to greatly reduce erosion from multiphase flow and grit inside of metal piping systems. It consists of a liquid applied phenolic primer followed by a fusion bonded epoxy intermediate coat, and a thermoplastic topcoat. Heat-Flex® 750
Heat-Flex 750 is a two-component micaceous iron oxide (MIO) enhanced alkylated amide epoxy (AAE) coating. This coating consistently outperforms comparable alternatives in terms of heat, corrosion, erosion, and thermal shock properties. A variety of accelerated testing methods have shown that Heat-Flex 750 outperforms traditional epoxy phenolics and other AAE technologies in a CX environment with no adhesion loss, an excellent rating for rust and blistering, as well as excellent heat and crack resistance at high DFTs, and minimal chalking and DFT erosion. The product's high solids and fast dry times make it ideal to increase productivity.
