Sherplate™ 600

Sherwin-Williams Sherplate 600 is a revolutionary phenalkamide epoxy lining that delivers the longest expected service life for comparable epoxy linings and full compliance with NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 regulations. It is suitable for the inside and the outside surfaces of below grade steel pipes carrying potable or raw water. 

For use over properly prepared steel and ductile iron surfaces in industrial environments and water & wastewater exposures, such as but not limited to:

• Designed for pipes with a 12 inch minimum diameter
• Suitable for steel or ductile iron construction materials

Sherplate™ PW

Sherplate™ PW is a two-component, edge-retentive, ultra high-solids epoxy amine coating that offers industry-leading performance in transmission applications. The one-to-one mix ratio and viscosity make Sherplate PW the preferred choice for automated interior pipe lining applications.

Whether you are lining the inside of a penstock or a 4 inch diameter transmission pipe, Sherplate PW provides superior protection thanks to its rapid-return-to-service and high-build and superior wear resistance properties.

For use over properly prepared steel and metal surfaces in industrial environments and potable water exposures, such as but not limited to:

• Piping AWWA C210 - 4 inch diameters or greater
  
• Gates, valves, or misc. metals associated with water transmission

Dura-Plate® UHS

Dura-Plate® UHS is a two-component, ultra high-solids epoxy amine. Engineered for immersion service in potable water applications. Dura-Plate® UHS Epoxy provides superior protection through its high-build, edge-retentive properties as compared to conventional epoxies. It is applied by standard single-leg airless spray application for simplified equipment use allowing for greater mobility and versatility for varying project sizes.  

For use over properly prepared steel and metal surfaces in industrial environments and potable water exposures, such as but not limited to:

• Piping AWWA C210 - 4 inch diameters or greater
  
• Gates, valves, or misc. metals associated with water transmission

PipeClad® 8000

PipeClad® 8000 is a two component, quick setting, 100% solids 
aromatic polyurethane designed to protect transmission pipelines from corrosion, abrasion and impact as both an exterior coating and interior lining. It can be sprayed in a single coat application at varying temperatures and film thicknesses. PipeClad 8000 is also suitable for more demanding pipeline applications, such as slip bore, jack and post and horizontal directional drill projects. It is available in several set speeds to accommodate a range of both automated and manual application requirements.

For use over properly prepared steel surfaces in transmission environments and water & raw water exposures. PipeClad 8000 is approved for use in transmission pipelines according to the following approvals and listings:

• AWWA C222-18 compliant
• British Standard EN 10290 compliant
• NSF 61/600 compliant for Potable Water Pipe (Diameters =>4" COLD 23, max DFT 120 mils/3000 microns, Immediate Return-
  to-Service)
• NSF 61/600 compliant for Potable Water Pipe (Diameters =>16" 
  D.HOT, max DFT 120 mils/3000 microns, Immediate Return-to-Service)
