Zinc Clad® 4100

Zinc Clad 4100 is  three-component, organic, polyamide epoxy, zinc-rich primer with exceptional application properties and industry leading performance. This coating provides excellent corrosion resistance while meeting the Class B requirements for Slip Coefficient and Tension Creep resistance for bolted connections. Zinc Clad 4100 also meets SSPC Paint 20 & 29 specifications.

For use over all properly prepared structural steel designs and elements such as but not limited to:

• Cable-stays
• Tied arch
• Network arch
• Trusses
• Suspension bridges
• Multi-beam and non-redundant steel girder bridges
• Faying surfaces

Sher-Loxane® 800

Sher-Loxane 800 is a two-component, isocyanate-free polysiloxane finish. This low VOC formulation combines the properties of both a high-performance epoxy and a polyurethane. This coating is easy to apply and accelerates shop throughput and field return to service. It is a superior choice for long-term corrosion control and weatherability. Sher-Loxane 800 is recommended for new, repair and field maintenance coating projects.

Sher-Bar™ TEC

Using advanced technology, Sher-Bar TEC (Textured Epoxy Coating) is the first damage-resistant epoxy coating for rebar, engineered to further extend the service life of steel reinforced concrete structures. With improved bond strength, damage tolerance and corrosion resistance, Sher-Bar TEC reduces the severity of cracks within the concrete, thereby decreasing chloride penetration and the rate of deterioration within the structure.
