Medicine Crow Middle School
As the newest addition to schools in the Billings, Montana area since 1989, the Medicine Crow Middle School had the opportunity to offer 700+ students a good education in a unique learning space. A&E Architects and Integrus Architecture collaborated to develop a 55,155 square-foot middle school that exhibits shared learning spaces, the capacity to educate more students as the city’s population grows, and an aesthetic that is reflective of the landmark Rimrocks. Just as the geological formations in the Rimrocks have stood the test of time, the metal panels cladding the school offer a long lifespan for the building. Metal Sales supplied T-10 and TLC-1 panels in the Sherwin-Williams Coil Coatings Fluropon® 70% PVDF colors Copper Penny and Dark Bronze. The mix of metal panels and colors provide energy efficiency, durability and a bold appearance.
